yes i do make banners, and wallpapers and pretty much anything you may need, heres an example of some of my graphic work!

i also have a cpl wallpapers i did awhile back in a folder under my pics. send me a message and let me know what kind of banner your looking for, or whatever u need done, including sizes, colors if you have preference and what it should say your addy and such, and i would be MORE than happy to take care of whatever you need!
