Im so Crap......
i have just spent half an hour in my car crying and freaking out..... why you ask? because i had a check up at the dentist..
i do this every dam time, i have to force myself to walk through the door, then i sit there waiting for what feels like fuckin hours while people stare at me coz i still have tears rolling down my face... they never hurt me but i still freak out........ my mom tells me that when i was little i had a tooth out at the dentist and the injection they gave me didnt work and i screamed the place down..... But i dont remember a thing, i must of blocked it out....
atleast i have a reason for being so crap....
i feel so stupid now, but i know the next time i have to go for a check up i will freak out again..
how am i gonna go over this stupid fear....
