It seems like I always wake up at 430 in the morning, no matter how soundly I'm sleeping, no matter what really fantastic dreams I'm having.

I really hate 430 am these days.

i must say i've never liked it that earily in the morning either, but im not sure why i felt the way i did but right now i have a really bad headache but i hope you get more sleep from now on

I end up doing that everytime I have off, I am up at 6 no matter what time I go to bed...hope you have better luck.
