Had the following conversation with a bloke at work today....

(I work in a factory which makes electrical switchgear equipment, just so you know. This must be read in your best Yorkshire accent)

Me: "Alright Steve"

Steve: "Alright Nick. 'Ere, we 'an't got no monoblocks 'on't shopfloor"

Me: *chortle* "Steve, if you haven't got no monoblocks, then you must have some monoblocks!"

Steve: "Eh?"

Me: "It's a double negative Steve, you can't have two negative statements in one sentence as they cancel each other out & become a positive"

Steve: "Huh, alright then ya clever cunt.........there 'in't none"

Me: (literally falling off my chair laughing)

Steve: "Can you get us some out then?"

Despite my obvious mirth it still went flying over his head like a catapulted johnny filled with man-fat after fucking a tu'penny whore behind a warehouse on an industrial estate.

I so don't not love it when people don't never not use no double negatives.
