To My Daddy

Thank you for stepping up and taking care of me when Mom left. Thank you for waking up at 4am every morning and travelling hours to work in a warehouse all day. Thank you for those pink roller skates you bought me when I was 6. Thank you for keeping a roof over my head and food in my belly. Thank you for being hard on me. Thank you for all of the lessons you taught me...even if I didn't want to learn them at the time. Thank you for all the times you grounded me. Thank you for calling me a thousand times an hour whenever I went out. Thank you for all of the lectures. Thank you for making me watch the Discovery Channel. Thank you for my brothers and sister. Thank you for deserving my love and respect. Thank you for the life you gave me. Thank you for being the best man I have ever known. Thank you for being able to tell me you love me without even saying a word. I love you forever.
