the news:
-work is busy. made a mess last week but I've been working hard being cool since. it's just crazy always noticing how ridiculous shit is and realizing it takes time to move up and make some changes.
-working out is going good. been taking my cousin with me. I NEED to put on some weight before the kid goes beastly and starts outlifting me. he did before and will again.
-trying to save money. jen is serious about me buying her house... which is scary as FUCK.
-invited to an "outdoor" (rave) this weekend with Stephan Jacobs... never been. some friends have a cabin though.
-the Blazer is in the shop. the tranny gave out last weekend at a walgreens parking lot when I stopped for a pint of jager before heading up to the mountains for the weekend. had it towed to a tranny shop and am having those guys fix everything they want to. figure it's an investment in the next 3 years with that thing, though the parts will last longer than that.
-no word on the Mustang but I'll call those guys tomorrow. they are going to need to do an alignment on the Blazer before I get it back.
-I somehow signed myself up as a bachelor party planner... wtf!?! anyway, next friday I'm leading a team of 12+ on some pub crawl golf. no strip clubs (the ladies here are enough) no casino, just boozing and maybe some smoke.
-I was asked today by a doctor I work with if I'd ever think about med school... I can't see myself going back to school... really, I'd be giving away the last 3 years of my life building a career to start another in 6. i said thanks.
