stitch woke up me at 7ish... 
ok, maybe cyrus woke her up then she decided to wake me. who knows why anyone would text back at 7 in the morning. anyway, i'm eating now and going back to bed. got to keep those calories up... bought a new scale for accurate measure of the possible gains yesterday. the scale does alot of cool shit but i don't believe that i'm ~20% body fat so yeah after 8 years of using electronic body fat monitors i'm STILL VERY VERY VERY sceptical. anyway. it has a cool goal function where it saves everything and compares it to your weight goal. add that function to my ridiculous behavior and i'm 23 pounds way from my goal. HA HA HA HA... yeah, i don't think i'll ever get up to 200 pounds but this scale is waiting for me to do it. ok i'm done. enjoy your day

last night's workout:
cable crossovers, incline bench, pec deck, pushups super'd with shruggs and sit-ups. yeah and i'm going to get a very new stomach by march. it would only really take about two weeks but i know i'm going to slack a bit and eating so much isn't going to help either.
i also fucked up the shoulder on those cables... i'm going to have chill out on the heavy stuff for a while...

if you have the new PLAYBOY @ hand, please tell me that you too couldn't stop drooling over the first three shots of Lisa Guerrero's mammoth love pillows *cough* and the great photography that comes with such a classy mag... ha ha ha. i mean talking about gorgeous. *drooling* i've hit that portion of the mag like 8 times already. oh wait, 9 times.
