day two. rugby sucked, my ankle got in my head and bitched me out. got an exam on thursday and i can't wait to get into the gym manana. fuck i just want two weeks to pass by while i'm sleeping tonight. i guess i can settle for one... confused

it has been three days on the gram/pound protein diet. i don't count carbs or fat just the protein. this has also correlated into my not weighing <170 these last three days either.
