Touched down in heathrow yesterday evening and my head is already spinning. She asked me to marry her!!
As in for reals! She told me that we should stop wasting time flying around kissing on different continents, join hands and go home to the great northern lights. I'm confused and happy, she is still sleeping and when I look a cross the room I can see her chest rise and fall, in & out, life & death. This is the girl i went to america for, the girl I write songs about, the one that got me in and out of fist fights with a blink of an eye, I have grown up with her.
But I know her. I know her like a know my self. But this is not something I saw coming and in fact i'm not even sure this is for real. For now I'll just crawl back in to bed with her and just feel her close to me for a while.
