Aiming for another shoulder tat, or sleeve. Sleeve is a little hardcore... don't know if I'm ready for that kind of ink exposure. Any thoughts anyone?

I'm assuming you are talking about full sleeves if so why not go for a half sleeve but have the design done so you add to it later if you so wish. Good luck with your decision but just to sway you a little more, full sleeves look fucking hot.
