OMG OMG OMG OMG... I just had the BEST phone conversation with my potential future boss in Germany. He pretty much told me that I'm the #1 candidate and that he's going to fight for me to get a full ex-pat offer to go over there.
The next step is to interview with these two guys from my company -- Ingmar, the head of HR for Germany, and Peter, the head of Germany.
I'm kind of feeling like it's my job to lose at this point. So exciting! I feel like dancing!
