Weird.
That's how it feels. I turned down a job today. Haven't done that in a while. Well, ever.
I'm getting by on the freelance writing jobs I've been doing. Didn't want to go back to the writer's assistant thing. Just can't do it. Put in too many years and now that I've had a taste, ain't no way I could suck it up.
Guess I'd rather be scraping by and typing my own hacky jokes than to be typing someone else's shit.
Feels good, but of course you have to think for a second. Did I do the right thing?
Think I did. Lots of possibilities coming in the next couple of months. Hopefully one will click.
