Got to do some clean up work on my '65 Beetle. Alas, it is time to sell the ole gal now that the '66 is done.
Had my '65 for ten years. Drove it all the way out here from Massachusettes. She's a good ole bird, but I'm getting tired of moving her back and forth on street cleaning days.
And of course, now that my '66 is on the road and fully pimped, it's hard to go back to the '65. It's the difference between a Lexus and a Le Car.
So, a sad day, but we'll spend some quality time as I change her oil, plugs, set her valves, adjust the brakes and give her one last bath.
