I dunno how this happened but im on the worlds worse sleep schedule. I work til 3am fall asleep at 5-6am and then wake up at 9 am on the dot.
Im goin looney, im seein shit im hearing things, i fallin asleep standing up.
This has been goin on for like 2 weeks and its REALLY taking a toll on me now.
Anyone have any advice on sleep?
