How's everyone's weekend going?
I had a rather stressful day on Friday, when I tried changing my username - it failed 3 times, saying that the username was already in use. Then my account froze, so I logged out and couldn't log in again for most of the day. I was getting pretty frantic as the day went on, so I got in touch with the help team several times about it. Due to the time difference, I only heard from the help team about midnight, telling me that I'd somehow lost the 3 from my username in my attempts to change it and they issued me with a new password, problem solved.
This incident just goes to show how addicted I'm getting to this community as I was pretty frantic because I was seperated from you lovely people for a day.
I had a last ditch attempt at changing my username yesterday and succeded in getting rid of the number after my username.
Had a nice phonecall at work on Friday, which cheered me up a bit. It was Sharon phoning to say she was feeling better and was fed up of being cooped up at home, so she was coming in to work as usual on Saturday. I was so glad, as I really didn't want to work a 6 day week.
Woke up with a migraine yesterday and it didn't clear until mid afternoon. This time it was the unusually bright, sunny weather that set my head off. I can't cope with bright sunny days or rainy days or rainy days with sunny spells. I don't know in which climate I'd be comfortable living in, definitely not the temperate zone here.
Had a pleasant lunch out with my parents yesterday and our mums started discussing where we could take them for Mother's Day...
Rented Expendables 2 and Bourne Legacy for the weekend's entertainment.
Watched Bourne Legacy last night and I didn't think it was as bad as everyone made out. Fair enough they're keeping on making the films with a new central character because Matt Damon didn't want to return. They made a good job of tieing the films together though, because there were references to the events of Bourne Ultimatum from the perspective of the agents trying to cover everything up.
Looking forward to seeing Expendables 2 later today, it'll be interesting seeing Van Damme playing a villain for once. Plus Arnie and Bruce Willis have bigger roles this time around and they've also added Chuck Norris to the roster too.
