First of all, no pervy pics from me today, I don't want to rub anyone up the wrong way. biggrin

It's official, I'm a Playstation 3 widower! I bought the wife one for Christmas, as she's a bigger gamer than me (though she didn't play the Wii as much, she prefers Playstation). I didn't realise how much of a gamer she was until she started playing it all night and I often wake up alone after giving up on waiting for her to come to bed. She had another all night session last night and I gave up waiting at around 1.30 as I had to get up for work at 7.15 this moring. frown

So I was a sleepy man at work today and ended up taking a few layers of skin off my finger when the screwdriver slipped while I was repairing glasses for a customer. That's why I don't do DIY, I've ended up slicing my fingers and hands more times than I can count using only a screwdriver! I'd hate to think what would happen if I was let loose with a jig saw, I'd probably be in casualty within half an hour! biggrin

I wouldn't mind the wife playing the Playstation all night if she'd only play with me once in a while! Sadly I can forsee more all night sessions for her as she's playing Asassin's Creed III. When I went to bed last night she was just starting to play and she was only 17% complete, after her session last night she's only 25% complete. frown

I'm sorry about the whole PlayStation situation. That's happened with me before. frown I can only suggest trying to explain how you feel. Start with 'I'statements otherwise it'll be an argument that'll make things worse. Best luck.

Thanks for the kind responses, glad to hear I'm not the only one who does themselves an injury with a screwdriver. biggrin

As for the Playstation situation, thanks for the advice Faylen, but I've always had great difficulty in talking about how I feel about things (even to my wife - which drives her mad). I can't explain it, I just clam up and can't think of anything to say at all, my silence usually makes matters worse too.
I've always found it much easier to express how I feel by writing.

I actually used a note to ask my wife out on a date when we first got together 7 years ago, as I was too embarassed and found it too hard to ask her verbally.
Mind you, that was partly down to the fact that we were both checkout supervisors at the local Co-op and some of the young checkout operators found out I fancied her and shouted out one day asking her "What do you think of Richard?" There were two of us that fancied her, and she thought they meant the other Richard, as he was always chatting her up, whereas I was too subtle for my own good and would open doors for her and such. After that I was too embarassed to ask her out verbally, so wrote her a note. blush
