Has someone you cared about ever been rude to you out of nowhere, and you don't know what to say or do? It just baffles you how they could be so insensitive over an issue, so you have to rant about it. And when you rant, it's critical and angry, but it doesn't mean you hate them. It just means you're hurt and don't know what else to say. This person reads your rants and takes offense and then cuts you off completely, making no attempt to communicate and resolve the issue. It really makes me sad, but then I guess I'm caring for the wrong person? I don't understand humans.
