absolutely. whether they are asked for or offered it shouldn't matter. if you really love someone (vica versa) it shouldn't even be an issue.
when you love someone, you should have faith in them and be able to forgive them for anything, no matter what.
I'm not saying to FORGET whatever wrong was done, just because you forgive someone for something does not mean you ever have to, or ever will forget it.
