so I was taking a nap... missed a phone call tonight at around 6pm...

I'm supposed to call the corporate office tommorow... we'll see how my interview went!!!

Well, today at 1 pm I had the first interview for that job up in Seattle... a phone interview with 3 managers from the main office...

I think it went' good... not super, but not average or bad either... considering it as a phone interview... about 40 minutes.

Keep your fingers crossed.

Yup, stood up... we had talked on monday about lunch/dinner on Friday... said we'd talk during the week, on thursday, about it... I called 3 times, morning, afternoon, and evening... no answer...

Not going to keep beating on a door when nobody is home... and they never called me.

I'm not sure what angle I am going to take on my dissertation yet. I still have so much research to do. I find Russia and Chechnya fascinating though, and so at least it will keep my interest! It's going to be really tough as I know a lot of Chechen terrorist attacks have been exagerated by the Russian press for propaganda, but at the same time.. that doesn't justify them. Hmm.. alot of research will be required!

So... I've done it... I sent in and have done all I can regarding a change in job. I've applied for a position up in the Seattle area (Kent to be precise) in the corperate offices of the company I work for.
