Well I finally got home at about 3:00 am!
What a day...
My Football (soccer here in the US) teams both won giving me a great start to the day.
I then spend the next bit sandblaasting parts for the 1974 Lotus Europa my father and I are restoring... then I headed out for the night.
Things seemed to go strait to the shitter with the stereo in the Elise going haywire (damn blaupunk piece of crap) and then parking at work with the top off... out of the car for less than 5 min and somebody steals my sunglasses and nobody does anything with the alarm going off.
Then the night went great again... my date for the Neft Herder concert was super.
Sabrina Stewart opened the show... she would make a great Suicide Girl... very attractive in that Bewitched/Barbarella style of hers. The music was solid, nothing that made me excited but good. Sabrina Stewart
Teenage Harlets were next... What fucking energy they have!!?! The lead singer proceeded to run around the crowd, spin/crawl on the floor, literally crowd suff (floating over the crowd on a surf board!). I gained alot of respect for them for the energey... pluss their kick ass organ player who ended up upside down under his organ at the end of the show! Teenage Harlets
The highlight of the opening bands was Go Jimmy Go... a Hawaiian band that wasn't on the bill. They happened to be in town or something it seems (their website says they were supposed to be playing in So Cal the night I saw em!?!). A really really unique sound but a SUPER SUPER show. Well perfomred and a mixture of a lot of styles. I'm going to end up with a few of their albums for sure. Check them out!

Finally Nerf Herder took the stage... The show was much higher enegery and more perverted than last time I saw them. Songs such as Pervert, Love Sandwich, The Sock song, and such were played. Overall was a great show though... These guys kick soo much ass

As for my date... well wouldn't you like to know the details...
We are going to head out and see Brothers Grimm when it comes out... and we have agreed that we are going to see alot more of eachother. Travel a bit and hang out alot... things will move from there... The feelings are there... alot of flirting tonight, the bumping... poking, nudging, smiling stuff. No we didn't kiss (cuz I'm a coward) though we did hug at the end of the night.
I'm very hopeful... she is wonderful and I can't wait to see her today at work!
Anyways enough fo a tired ramble here... I've got to go shower and such for work... oh the joys of retail.
