If you have not noticed I have changed my sg name, mostly because I feel more comfortable and at home with my own name rather than some alias; also because all the cool names I can think of are gone. I want to be wintermute, just once. There isn't a forum, group or enclave on the web that doesn't have someone registered as 'wintermute'.
So, any how the legend continues and my grip on Eurasia continues to tighten and my interests in Oceania are growing. As ever we are at war with Easasia! Soon there will be victory.
I have a new guilty toy, a laptop. I got an Acer 1520 and it is yummy inna very, very mmmm way. Already I have found lots of cool applications for it including remote control of my main pc using UltraVNC. This means I can see my desktop screen of my home PC while I am at Uni and control everything, I guess I will never have a reason to forget a bit of work again!
Another wicked function I have discovered is streaming music over wi-fi to the main stereo in the living room, so I have access to all my music without having to be in my room. Super Naruto sized G R E A T!
I need to do something about a new avatar. I only put my current one up as a joke, although I do like it. Perhaps when I am feeling a bit more creative I will do something nice in Photoshop and Illustrator. The laughing man lives.
Blimey, I ain't half tired. My sleep pattern is terribly messed up. Woke up at 8-9 o'clock last night, not gone to bed yet and I'm planning to go out tonight. Perhaps I should just bed it instead.
Hmmm, I need to get the creative juices flowing so I can rejigify my website, soooooo much to dooooo.
