I'm back. Hi.
I really wanted to thank all of you for your comments on my last entry. Dealing with Mark's death and my emotions regarding that, as well as the dissolution of my last relationship has made for a very, very emotionally trying six months. Holy shit, I've been rid of him for six months. That's half a year! Wow.
[Well, December 5th will be six months, but it's close enough. Should I have a party?
]
Good things are on the horizon for this little Libra....I can just feel it. Speaking of little, all of my clothes are loose and I'm now paranoid about my pants falling down while I'm walking to my car. Despite the outward flashing that the world may receive, this is a good thing. [MY DAD even noticed...sheesh.]
Soo...J. and I spent last night and most of today together...actually, it was just over 24 hours. One entire day. We didn't run out of things to talk about, get bored of each other, or piss each other off. AT ALL.
This is
such a wonderful feeling. We laughed through most of it.

I'm so unbelievably happy; I can't stop smiling.
Anywho, we decided in advance on a night in since we're both broke for the week. We ordered some awesome Chinese food from Pearl's, watched Super Troopers during which I fell asleep, even though it's one of my favorite movies.
This morning brought a whole lotta happy snuggles and other lovely things that adults do in bed, as well as a showing of Mr. Deeds and
I Married A Strange Person, both of which I hadn't seen before. Mr. Deeds was good, sappyesque, but good. IMASP was really, REALLY funny, albeit a mite weird, although the weirdness contributed to the funny.
So J.'s birthday is coming up soon...what to get him besides a five pound jar of sour patch kids? Hmm. *ponders* Suggestions are welcome, although I have a few ideas which I'll toss out in a members only entry.
[Yes, J. reads my journal
Everyone wave

I'm not quite as scared to let him in anymore. I've let him past the armor shield and he's now met the brick wall between the sheetrock and the armor. [Past the sheetrock is a few layers of peeling paint and some ungodly wallpaper.] I'm confident he won't hurt me intentionally.
Anyway...
More cheesecaking and potato-au-gratin-ing are in store for the rest of the weekend, as well as some last minute silver polishing, table setting and painting...of all weekends to paint...ugh.
Hugs and kisses to ya'all.
Oh, go leave some love for MissTyrios, k? Thanks.

take care.
I can't think of any present suggestions for J. What kind of stuff is he into?
