just walked in the door from setting up my show, seems to have gone well, and sales permitting, i'll be buying more canvas to work on shortly. i've got feelers out for other venues, i'm committed to a couple of projects as well, so all in all, this could be a very productive summer.
also, the new Gorillaz album isn't as "good" as the last one, i think it needed more defined collaboration, and frankly i just loved what dan the automater did with the production on the last one. not to harsh dangermouse or anything. not to mention that the 'spookyness' of this album is so cohesive and ever-present, it just doesn't have as much pop jangle. the point in bringing this up is, the track "Last Living Souls" is stuck in my fucking head, and it WON'T GO AWAY.
