Hello again, update time, woot!
Life has been treating me really good lately. I start my third week of work in Ashland, WI tomorrow at 4 am. Yay for 3 hour drive. Anyway the work sucks there and theres nothing fun to do there. But the pay out weighs that for sure. About the only thing interesting there is its right on lake superior so lots of aquatic fun! Heres some pics of it from my hotel room...
Purdy, init? Besides that i get to stay in a 4 star hotel for free all week plus a predium for food. So all in all im spending only $25-50 for living expenses a week! So I'm getting about $1200 checks and the next one is going to be about $1500 because i put in 32 hours of OT the last 2 weeks. Lots of money to save up for the move and to pay off debt. That makes me happy.
But with all that work and no fun i needed some good times to balance things out. So instead of going home this weekend, i went to the twin cities, lol. Met up with some old friends i haven't seen in forever friday night and partied it up. Then i went to the Mall of America on saturday and spent about $200 on clothes and ate at Ruby Tuesdays, yumm. Heres my new outfit and awesome watch!
Yeah i spent too much money. Anyway after that we went out to the Irish Fair in St. Paul. That was fucking awesome. I'm a proud Irish big time. Well of course because i have family there and visit as much as i can. Anyway fucking Flogging Molly played there for free. OMFG that was a good show. They play a great live show. Got a little beat up in the mosh pit but it was so fun. No pics unfortunately, didn't want to risk my camera getting broken in the pit.
Such a good weekend. But back to work early tomorrow, blah. Oh well i cant complain. Life's great right now. The only thing thats bad is that I'm suck up in the middle of nowhere working, but thats nothing at all. The only thing missing in my life is a good relationship, but i can live without until i find someone decent for a change.
