On Sunday (as I know those of you who have me as a friend on facebook or follow me on twitter are aware) I'm running the Bath Half Marathon.

I'm terrified!

But I'm doing it with some work colleagues to raise money for The Grand Appeal.

It's an awesome Wallace and Gromit themed charity working to support Bristol Children's Hospital.
