My friend Shaun (the soon-to-be divorce one) has been dating this girl Lacinda for about a month. They are officially boyfriend/girlfriend yet, but they have like 3 dates a week. So me and my other friends kind of consider her Shauns's girlfriend.

The girl just turn 19 (Shaun is 25) a couple weeks ago. She is has a very cute face and seems like a nice girl. I also consider her a prude. Over the whole month they have been dating, they haven't had any real kisses. A couple weak pecks, but nothing near tongue action. When my friend went in for the tongue she just pulls away. She isn't a virgin and talks a lot of shit about wanting such things.

On top of that she doesn't like to do much anything exciting. She won't go bowling, she won't play pool, and she won't go out to clubs. She just wants to go out to dinner and then watch movie or play board games (where she rarely participates unless forced).

Shaun has asked her if she wants to make it official that they are boyfriend and girlfriend and she told him she would give him an answer soon. For the past week or so there have been two other guys trying to date Lacinda. She has gone out on date or two with them both. Yesterday she made it clear that she wants to figure out which guy was best for her, basically telling Shaun that he would have to complete for her affections.

Needless to say Shaun was very pissed, just like anyone else would be in that situation. He refused to talk to her till late yesterday afternoon and then told her that he wasn't completing for her affections and that she would have to decide if dating those other two guys was worth throwing away what they have which Lacinda swears she doesn't want to lose.

I guess we will just have to wait and see how it all unfolds.
