i hate working. i really do. more than most, i think. my job is dumb. i feel dumb doing it. imagine this; a wherehouse. not unlike any other. in the center there's a board. a tower of tiny cubicles. every column is a specific block of time (2:30pm-2:45pm, for example). every row has a person's name beside it. every person has a unique color assigned to them. i am red. above all this is a clock that counts down to tenths of a second. in each of these cubicles is a stapled stack of rolled-up paperwork. on this paperwork, among other information unnecessary to my part in the process, is a location (K21B08, for example), a part number, a quantity, and a carrier (UPS, for example). someone reads these and decides how long it should take to 'pick' (pick: the act of fetching the desired parts in the correct quantity from it's assigned location for transport to the customer as instructed by the paperwork). this person thenoasiufasljhaika...

believe it or not, i had actually planned to continue this until the end of the process. except i can't. it's too much. let me just say that i have the least mentally-stimulating job anyone has ever had. ever. i hate it. i don't want to go tomorrow. i don't want to get up in the morning. i want to wake up at noon, then fall back asleep. i hate that i have to commute an hour and a half in the morning, and over 2 hours in the evening. i just want to fuck around online, play videogames, and drink beer and/or wine.

wine. i've never been a big wine fan, but lately i've really been feelin' it. i've tried a couple different kinds so far. anyone know of any good red ones? or white ones for that matter. i don't know anything about wine or what's good. or how to tell what's good. but, dammit, i know i'm going to find out!

i was unemployed for months once. i found out that television is addictive. but not so much so as the internet. my goodness, i've wasted so much life on this thing. hmmm.. i guess this is a good place to end this blog. i need to be asleep. i have to get up early tomorrow. ugh. i hate that. it's not fair. i'm different. i'm special! not fair. maybe i'll get lucky and just not wake up. keep your fingers crossed, y'all!
