ever go to a bar and so many people are dancing, and the music is so good and everyone is smiling and flirty and sweaty and it reminds you of high school house parties? yeah, me neither. never happens. except for last night. sweet jesus it was fun. even my too-cool-to-dance-because-i'm-a-bitter-dj ass got drunk and danced for three hours. i stopped going to soul night because it was too packed with annoying hipsters, but last night, it was one of those perfect nights that usually never happens. whiskey is magic water. i love chicago. good night.
