I accepted the internship at the Studio Theatre in DC. I'm really excited.

I've got a couple apartments leads. I'm scanning craigslist like four times a day. I'm actively looking for a second job in DC; one I can actuall make a living wage on. Ah, la vie boheme begins.

I would advise you to pick option A, but that's only because I am big on stability and that seems like the most stable option, but pick what feels right to you and good luck!!
