My lease-holding roommate just told me he is kicking both roommates out as of January because he wants to live alone.

I didn't need this shit.

I'm not even going to be in town for half of December.

That is a sucko. God, you know, living alone would be as "nice" for him in say March or April as right away. whatever

I'm afraid my place is a studio, and I'm banned from living with another soul here, sorry (dunno if I could even cohabit with a ghost).
