I know, I know. I heard most of that dumb speech live, as my boss plays (egad) Fox News radio all day at work. I took some heart in that he implied somewhere in there that he'd give the generals there more autonomy in doing their jobs. I figure ANY general can figure out tactics better than Bush or his dingbat puppeteers.
