"7pm is fine. The last tenant said utilities were around $30 month. It is just electricity and cooking gas. We pay for heat, and there's free wireless internet from the coffee shop downstairs. The apartment is vacant now, so really move in could be any time. I have to warn you, though, that the previous tenant was an artist and she sort of went crazy painting the walls. The place is pretty funky as a result - it is pretty much love it or hate it. You would be more than welcome to re-paint and we'd reimburse you for supplies. "
