sorry, this has a few personal references that may or may not be interpretable . though as with any writing (or at least my shit take on it), it's of course up to you whether you take anything from it or not. :]

dopamine, norepinephrine, and phenylethylamine - the chemical cocktail brains are purported to release during romantic kissing.

C5, C6 - two vertebrae towards the base of the neck.

frenulum - an area many circumcised men consider their "G-spot" There are also frenula under the tongue and elsewhere.

on breath - one theory on the function of kissing is that the soul exists in the breath, and it's the "mixing" of souls

Levator labii superioris - the muscle of the upper lip, and cheek. ends in the fold between cheek and nose.

lvres - lips (french)

born - intended both in the "brought into life by birth" sense and the "past participle of bear" since. on a more personal note, both definitions of the word "bear" are intended for that line as well.
