I think I fucked up when I put in for the assistant manager position. Yeah the money will be good and it's closer to him, but I'm gonna need to sacrifice a year to earn it. That sounds so stupid when I type it out.
If my company wasn't a 100+ year joke it would be worth the Hell. The store in question is renowned (internal and to the public) as an absolute nightmare and the crew has the highest miscreant turnover in history. But the store is small so it may not be a problem.
