Feeling better today.
still full of snot and coughing, but not aching anymore, thank you all for your best wishes.
i have a league match tonight, so i better man up and get my game on!

not much happening today, beautiful day warm and sunny, i want to go for a run, but i'm too snotty, so maybe tomorrow....

it has now been 7 days since i had any contact with the ex. good days and bad days, so i just gotta persevere i guess. a friend of mine posted a picture on facebook last night, it was from his fortune cookie and it read....''Do not give up, the beginning is always the hardest''

lastly...i bought some new shower gel, its got some energizing shit in it, tigergrass and gurana or some crap, anyway, it's bright red, and whenever i shower, i look at the water running down the plug hole and it looks like the opening scene from the classic horror film 'Carrie'.....and the more i use it, the more i fixate on it, to the point now where i'm thinking ''PLUG IT UP, PLUG IT UP'' in my head.
a word of advice people....never buy red shower gel.
