if you want to make it into a local group, like SGCleveland or SGOhio, or even SGColombus, you have to keep a blog and make some friends. It's going to take some time of you being here before they will allow you in, they do house parties, and we personally meet, so they are weary of new comers.
don't just randomly friend request people, read their blogs, get to know them, then add them or don't add them.
When joining groups, and using the boards, search as to not repeat threads, and find the introduction thread to introduce yourself, it's usually stickied at the top of the thread.
Don't be creepy!
