I'd say just don't worry about it too much and let whatever is going to happen, happen. I mean yes, you have to put a little effort into things, but if you make searching for someone a priority you will just get frustrated, which will make you unhappy (not the point you are trying to work towards) and others will perceive you as more unhappy and thus less approachable. Just take it easy and have fun. Girls are weird fucked up creatures, trust me lol, but you are a nice guy and you're hot, good things will happen eventually
