Okay So I ordered an exhaust system for my car and the address they had on file for me was spelled incorrectly so I contacted them to let them know of the error with plenty of time to correct it before it shipped the e-mail said something like this

"Hello recently i ordered and exhaust from you it was order #blah blah blah and the address you have on file is spelled wrong the correct address is

blah blah blah

If you could correct that that would be great thank you.

A day later I get this in response

"Yes we have your address on file it is"

Incorrect address

So i respond

"No I am sorry I think you misunderstand that address is not correct the correct address is...

blah blah blah

2 days pass and I get no response so i get irritated and write

Okay well since you are obviously uninterested in helping me resolve this issue I need the Fed Ex tracking number so I can contact fed ex and let them know about the error so they can ship it to the correct address. I really feel like I am being ignored here so please respond asap

later that day I get

"I dont know how you think you are being ignored we have your address on file it is..."

Incorrect address

ARE YOU FUCKING KIDDING ME!? So needless to say I am about to drive to California and hand write them a note right infront of them and then tattoo the note on their face and then punch them in the stomach. How fucking stupid can you be? and this coming from a store not a single seller talk about disorganized wow... As you can tell I am a bit pissed about this.
