Another girl I have known for awhile acted like she really wanted to date me. We live kind of far away from each other and we had talked about dating before and because of some things we just couldn't do it. Well we decided we would give it a try so she came up to see me we hung out for a day she fucked me then left. She then talked to me for a week or so like we were going to date and then she got back with her asshole ex who hits her...

That is the most sensible advice I can give you b/c it will work for anyone. I think unless someone really knows you and your situation and values they can't set rules for you, ya know. Meet ppl where you are comfortable and do what feels right on the dates.
