So, I hate tonight. I want terribly badly to make it as a musician, but tonight makes me wonder about the plausibility of doing that in Boston.

I have always shied away from heading toward larger markets like LA or New York because I always felt like there was too much to compete with. But tonight makes me feel like those may be my only two choices left. My lease is up in May. Maybe I should just move to NYC and take my chances there. Ugh. I hate it. I truly believe in my talent on one end of the spectrum, but I truly understand the lack of importance something like that carries on the other end. What do I need to do to make this all work? There is a missing puzzle piece that I just can't seem to find and it's driving me up a FUCKING WALL!!! I swear to god (for as much as that means, coming from me) that I will figure this out and I WILL make this happen, but right now, I am frustrated to no end. Humph...
