Holy shit Mono was incredible last night. Anyone into Pelican, Russian Circles, Explosions in the Sky, Mogwai, Etc, etc...Mono should be your new favorite band.
It was the first time that I've been able to see them live and they played an amazing 50 minute set. I went a bit overboard buying shit...

Not to mention that I got the newest ZAO cd and Casey Jones cd for my birthday...I'm on music overload right now!!!

I just spent about an hour at guitar center playing with drum machines trying to determine which one would be the best one to purchase, but it's going to cost me more than I had planned...I have to pick up a chorus pedal, a delay pedal and possibly a loop station...but at least I'm getting everything at cost.
