It's been an interesting couple of days. Friday, I went to Axis in Boston to work a Phantom Planet show for Capitol Records. I went into the show not liking Phantom Planet, and came out, well... still not liking Phantom Planet. It probably had a little to do with the fact that I just wanted the show to end so I could hand out my various promo materials and get back home, but I feel it was mostly due to the fact that they just aren't that good.

I did meet a guy from Sony Records, and got his business card. I'm supposed to e-mail him, and meet up at some point. Maybe this means I should start leaning towards a career in the record industry?

Well, onto last night (Saturday), shall we? I went to see the SG Cabaret in Worcester, and had a pretty damn good time. Got to see some familiar faces, and some new ones as well. I found out that Pip works in the same establishment I do, well at least for the next month or so, until I get transferred. So, I have someone new to bug when I'm on break.

I got to meet PaleEnchantress and m0use, and they both are amazingly beautiful. And so were all the SGs in attendance, including surprise guests Alexis (I the asscrack dance!), James, and Amina. They are all teh hotness!!!!11

It is so good to get out and do something for once. That "work, go home, rinse, repeat" thing was really dragging me down. I'm really looking forward to the next outing!
