So I wondered for a few days what my first update for the year should be on. I had a few things in mind, aspirations for the year, what TheFuckOffGirl has been reading, and a few other things.
But instead, here's my news. I drove out to the shops yesterday, and only a couple of hundred yards from home, the lights flash behind me and the police car signals me over. Car registration had expired on December 31st and we've been riskily driving it around from time to time. We were preparing to pay it today, but one day before we got around to it, I get pulled over.
It counts as three offences. Rego, insurance and tax. Almost $1500.
The Christmas iPod will have to wait.

Me being wrong I can handle. I don't mind disagreeing with someone either, we're all entitled to our own opinions. Nothing, however, frustrates me more than when I am incapable of explaining my point of view. I'm glad you were patient enough untill I was able to articulate what I was trying to say.
Please believe me when I tell you that I'm not making up stuff as I go along on the CE Boards. I don't have the education that some people have and so most of my conclusions are based on direct observations. I may be totally off the mark in regards to certain topics but I've always put a great deal of thought into it.
