Hey, kids! It's another update from Your Friendly Neighborhood Freak.
Wow, I realized it's been a week and a half(!!!) since I last updated. So, quick rundown as to what I've been up to.
1. Was Head Groomsman in my buddy Justin's wedding last weekend. Good times all around, and I was happy to do my part.
I tell ya, though...being a Mormon wedding, the lack of alcohol and chances of getting lucky w/bridesmaids does put a damper on the festivities. Hell, I couldn't even bring my iced coffee into the church! So, that morning, there I sat in the parking lot, drinking my Dunkin's iced, chain-smoking, feeling ostracized like some common baby-eater!
The horror of it all.
Also, think of Yours Truly in a tux.
Actually, I didn't look all that bad. I do clean up nicely. I'm still waiting on getting pics, which I will be sure to share w/you kids next chance I get.
2. I might be out of work for an indeterminable amount of time come midnight tomorrow, for Your Humble Narrator is, in fact, a union man w/Verizon. Wish me luck, kids, as I don't feel like being w/o income for any length of time.
3. On another positive note, it looks like I'm pretty much a lock for the part-time gig @GameStop I've been pursuing for the past few months. It's about time I get to put my 26 years of geekiness to good use. And get paid for it.
As for YouTube-y goodness, I feel like going '80s style.
Also...I've found Jesus...Jones. Right here.
