It's been a while, and I know you were all missing me hardcore. And I missed you too.
Well, how was everyone's 4th of July (or, for you non-US members, Tuesday)? Mine was spent sitting in the parking lot of a local Wal-Mart with some friends watching the fireworks. Can't get more white-bread American than that, huh?
Plus, a four-day weekend (two with pay!!) and an long, entertaining chat w/a very drunk Nofi, plus relaxing and video game-playing, and I rather enjoyed myself.

And I enjoyed it so. You should all go see it, though I will say, when a franchise already has a sequel in the works, they tend to lean towards "cliffhanger" endings, which I don't always care for, but the plot twist more than made up for it.

Remember my journal which talked about the movies I planned on seeing? Well, I realized there were two glaring omissions, so I must make the necessary editorial corrections:

Heather checked out my previous few journals and wanted to tell you all she's thankful for your numerous well-wishes, and she appreciates you guys caring. 
I'm thinking I may need to add some more members to the Freak Menagerie. Seeing as the Freak Monkey and the Baby Freak Seal have taken indefinite sabbaticals, the only one left is my assistant/resident mandrill, Manny the Mandrill.
He says hello, BTW. He's enjoying a trip to Cancun @the moment.
