I love my teammates. One of the girls (JoJo) in my league totally pool-sharked what looks like $200+ from a couple douchebags.
I wasn't there, but she posted a picture of a stack of bills spread out on a table. Curious, I asked what happened. Apparently, two douchebags were with a guy (Nate) who happens to know some rollergirls in our league. Upon seeing some of the girls, the douches proceeded to make fun of derby, and then suggested that Nate invite one of them over so they could hook up with her. He was pretty pissed, and kinda hoped JoJo would just impale them on a cue stick. Instead, she played pool with them and won all their money.
Hear that, guys - make fun of a rollergirl and you go home alone and broke. Ha!
