I totally ditched Vampirate on his birthday because I suck. Sad, sad. I haven't seen any SG peoples in what seems like forever - I really need to get OUT!

I finished teaching my unit and it went REALLY well. Not perfect, of course, but way better than I'd hoped. The kids seemed to enjoy it and I think they got something out of it, which is awesomeness on a stick. I described it in more detail in my education journal.

So, yeah... huh. I think I was going to say something other than "I suck" and "I taught my unit"... but... I can't think of it. Dooodz... I really do suck.

Yeah, I guess that's it for now. I'm gonna catch up with you sexy people now that I've got a minute. Perhaps the rest will come to me...

OH! That's right, I had a really weird dream last night - very vivid:

So, LittleFierceOne and I are driving around some foreign country in my car, sightseeing. We drive up to an Olympic stadium to look around (the Olympics weren't going on). There weren't very many people there and it was a wide open area, so you could see pretty far. We got out of the car and I noticed two hot air balloons in the distance, flying over some hills. By the time I pointed them out to LittleFierceOne, one of them started "deflating" and crashed into a hillside, followed by the other which crashed in a different direction. We took off - as did everyone else. I ran to one, he ran to the other (everyone else was evenly split). Nobody died or anything, but we had to help the people limp over to the stadium and a phone.

Later, in the hotel room, we were making out on a couch, and I distinctly remember what I was wearing (something I actually own). It's odd, because (1) we never make out, and have never made out on a couch and (2) I don't generally remember what clothes I'm wearing in dreams. Sadly, the kitties decided it was time for food, and one of them woke me up before we got to the good part. Damn cats.



Okay, good, I was worried this might a short post. Haha... like I ever write short posts. Hope everyone is well and not dying from allergies!

lol @ ur dream...isn't it just crazy the kind of strange things that happen in our dreams?? You wake up going, "WTF???" And yes, you should get out and have some fun dear! biggrin kiss
