More strange dreams. I always dream more vividly (and am more likely to remember them) when it's warm, and I remember falling asleep with no covers on last night (which is unusual), so I must've been pretty warm. Wait until I have a fever - really good, strange dreams, then. The ones I had during the Chicken Pox were so realistic, yet so unreal - I thought I was going crazy.
Anyway, they're all crumbling, now. I thought about getting out of bed and writing them down when I woke up the first time this morning, but decided if I thought about it really hard, I might not forget them. I was still pretty tired.
But, here's what I remember:
In one dream, I was out somewhere with my family (not really my family, but my family in the dream). I think we were camping or something, but they were sleeping in the van (Oddly enough, I think it was the one LittleFierceOne just got rid of...), and I was sleeping on a bench outside. I had taken a chain and hooked it to the van, tying the other end around myself, I think so they wouldn't leave me or so that some wild animal wouldn't try to take off with me, I'm not sure. It was strange. So, these gorilla/dog things (yeah, I'm not sure how that works, either) come out of the trees and the littlest one, which looks more like a puppy, comes up and sniffs me. I wake up, and do the "oh, a cute doggy!" thing, reaching down to pet it. Well, this pisses its mom off, who looks more like a gorilla, and she charges me. I freak out and try to run, but I'm chained to the van. So, she kinda stops when her kid runs back to her, and just looks at me. They all seem pretty curious, and kinda sniff at me. I remember after a bit realizing why she charged me and then not feeling so scared. I just kinda sat there, and let them look me over. They almost looked as though they were talking to each other, but I didn't hear anything. Then they went back into the woods. I remember when I woke up, I was thinking that the role reversal was very interesting... me chained up like an animal, and the animals staring at me like curious humans. We're really not that different, and it was kind of a cool dream.
In another I was on a road trip with my dad, my stepmom, and a boyfriend. I say "a boyfriend" because he changed throughout the dream. I've only really dated four guys, but each made his way into the role at some point in the dream. It was very strange. And the weirdest thing was, they acted exactly like the person they were supposed to be, and I reacted to them exactly the way I would now, and not the way I did when we were dating (except in the case of the present boyfriend, as we're dating now.) It was all very strange, and all over the place. I don't remember many details that would make sense to you. Just a very odd concept for a dream.
There were others, I'm sure. but those two were the most detailed. So very odd.
Oh, and there was an article in Time Magazine that I ranted about on my other journal last night. Rather than ranting again, I'll link to the original. Feel free to comment either there or here, but if you comment there, put something so I'll know who you are.
Okay, I'm going to go be productive, today. I'm in Carrboro, so I think I'll finally start apartment hunting. I'm actually in the mood, today.

It's about 4:19pm... and I've realized something today. Apartment hunting is a lot like clothes shopping. I get excited about it until I do it, then after trying on a few things, I realize nothing is going to fit and everything is too expensive.
Even the cheaper apartments are at least $600 just in rent... that's over half of my paycheck. Maybe I need a roommate. Just not one I'm dating. *sigh* Anyone want to move to Carrboro???

Oh, and the word:
Love.
