slacked off on the blog thing. not really a whole lot to say to the world been spending to much time in the gym now that i am fully back at it. i was built to fight and i do it well. crossing the pain barriers is a great mental feat that most people cannot overcome. its a driving force in me, to see how close to the edges i can get. there is guys out there that beat the hell out of me, but that gap is getting smaller by the month. i dont think some of them like that. i wish i could do the diet thing better, but i sure do love food, i love to make it, i love to experiment, and see where it takes me. i guess they are both a little bit the same.

well im off now time to relax and shut the mind down for the night.
