First Job Interview, overall went quite well. Not sure if I would take the position if offered, but good to see that I could still sell myself like a hooker on the street.
Turned in my paperwork to go active duty now its just a waiting game. Have to think about where I would like to go. I had my mind set on Italy but the battalion is in Afganastan. Even if I could get stationed there I would miss out on the deployment so I would be at a major disadvantage both socially and professionally. Now I'm considering Hawaii, Seattle, Kentucky.
All have infantry battalions
Hawaii-is my number one choice as it is Hawaii. I'm young and with the deployment schedualed out of three years, I would get a nice year over there. It's Air Assalt.
Seattle-have a buddy their, his brother is LRR so I could get in Ranger shape for my shot at SF or Ranger. Only thing is it would be where I would like to go after Hawaii. Not airborne, stryker brigade.
Kentucky-Close to home, but to close for wanting to see the world.
